Located in the Lakeside Marina area along Muskegon Lake. This area has nice shops and restaurants and neighborhood pubs. This cottage is located about 5 blocks from the Cross Lake Ferry Dock. There is a public launch ramp for your boat 600 feet away. On the main floor there is a large kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a pool table TV with satellite a deck outside the front door. The tiled 3-season porch is great for reading and relaxing and could be used as a sleeping room. There are also 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Downstairs is a large bedroom with another bath with a stand up shower and a laundry area. The front yard of the house is beach grass and Lake Michigan sand. The back yard is grass fenced in yard with you own fire fire pit and a view of Muskegon Lake about 400 feet. From the property there are sidewalks and bike trails. The Lakeside cottage by Muskegon Lake sleeps 8-12. Warm and cozy bed and breakfast style, this home is a charming home with a small view of Muskegon Lake and is located across from a public boat launch where you can launch your pleasure boat or fishing boat. The home has lots of original woodwork and beveled windows. Across the front is a traditional glassed in front porch for relaxing, reading, coffee or a drink. The master bedroom has a claw foot tub for a relaxing bath or a shower. There is a deck off the master bedroom that leads to the hot tub in the summer where you can forget your worries and enjoy. The back yard has a perennial garden so you can cut fresh flowers for your table.
